The Administrator implemented a personal data security policy and an  IT system security policy into Soxo.co.uk, ensuring your personal data's safe protection. The most important elements of the personal data security system include:

A. Unizeto Technologies SA Center Certificate. It guarantees that the communication between your computer and Soxo.co.uk is encrypted with a 256 bit key.

B. Only those Soxo.co.uk employees who have been trained according to the personal data security policy and signed appropriate protection obligations have access to your personal data.

III. Which of your personal data do we ask for and why?

A. Registration.

During the registration process, we ask you to state all the data necessary to create a Soxo.co.uk account, so you do not have to fill an entire order form each time you make a purchase. By registering, you save time and money, as registered users are included in our loyalty program and are granted discounts for all their prior purchases. A registered customer can also verify a placed order's status and their purchase history after logging in. A registered and logged-in user can independently modify, add or entirely remove all their data from Soxo.co.uk at any moment.

Please state the following information during registration:

1. full name - necessary for issuing a sales document and addressing a shipment,

2. address (street, house number/or house and flat number, postal code and city) - necessary for addressing a shipment,

4. phone number - necessary in case of selecting certain shipping methods (required by carriers). All the data stated during the registration process is processed solely by Soxo.co.uk and is not used in any other way.

B. Order placement

When placing an order, please state all the data necessary for the order to be realized. If a registered user is logged in, the form is partially filled automatically with data given during registration. When placing an order, please state the following information:

1. full name or company/institution name - necessary for issuing a sales document and addressing a shipment,

2. address (street, house number/or house and flat number, postal code and city) - necessary for addressing a shipment,

3. e-mail - necessary for communication related to the order's realization,

4. phone number - necessary in case of selecting certain shipping methods (required by carriers).

If the customer chooses to state a different shipment address from the one given during the registration process or order placement, please give additionally:

1. full name or company/institution name - necessary for issuing a sales document and addressing a shipment,

2. address (street, house number/or house and flat number, postal code and city) - necessary for addressing a shipment,

3. phone number of the recipient - necessary in case of selecting certain shipping methods (required by carriers).

If the customer chooses to issue a sales document with data different from what was stated during the registration process or order placement, please give additionally:

1. full name or company/institution name - necessary for issuing a proof of purchase,

2. address (street, house number/or house and flat number, postal code and city) - necessary for issuing a proof of purchase,

3. NIP number [taxpayer ID] - necessary for issuing a proof of purchase,

Data stated during an order placement is processed by Soxo.co.uk and the following entities to the extent given below:

1. full name, address, phone number, e-mail stated as shipment address directed to transport companies in the form of a label/consignment note that is also an order of delivery are, depending on the selected kind of shipment, given to:

a. Poczta Polska (Polish Post)

b. GLS

c. DPD

2. full name, address, NIP number [taxpayer ID] stated as data for the sales document are directed, in the form of a sales document, to the accounting system:

a. Subiekt GT of the Insert SA company

b. IAI SA

In case of issuing a payment by use of an external payment system, all data stated after entering the payment provider's website stays registered only in their database and is not stored or made available in any way by Soxo.co.uk.

Soxo.co.uk cooperates with the following payment providers:

a. PayU SA of the payu.pl service operator

b. PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. & Cie, S.C.A Paypal.co.uk

c. Dialcom24 sp. z o.o of the Przelewy24.pl service operator

C. Newsletter subscription

In case of subscribing to a newsletter and agreeing to receiving it during the registration process or placing an order, it is only necessary to state your e-mail to which commercial information from the Administrator will be sent. You can resign from it at any moment by logging into your Soxo.co.uk account or clicking the subscription canceling link located in the footer of each newsletter. Data stated in newsletter subscription is processed by Soxo.co.uk and the following entities:
